Terms
Cash or check upon pick-up or delivery. Deposit required to hold an order.

Delivery
Delivery and trucking can be arranged at reasonable rates, payable to the driver. Note: Drivers DO NOT assist with the unloading, so arrange to have adequate help at time of delivery.

Warranty
We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the productiveness, salability, or longevity of the nursery stock we sell. Buyer assumes all risk after plants leave our nursery. All claims must be made in writing within 24 hours after receipt for adjustment. However, Little River Tree Farm shall at no time be liable for more than the original purchase price of said plants.
